Andy Hopper, a Republican elected in 2025 to represent Texas’s 64th House district, has recently shared several posts on his social media account addressing topics ranging from honoring military service to commenting on the dynamics within the Texas House.

On August 5, 2025, Hopper posted a cryptic message featuring only an emoji and a link: ” https://t.co/IgGAMsVySM”.

Two days later, on August 7, he published a message expressing gratitude for those who have served in the armed forces. The post read: “Today we honor brave Americans who have spilled their blood fighting to defend the freedoms we cherish. Thank you for the sacrifice you’ve made to our country. https://t.co/glEyiVvdI1”.

Later that same day, Hopper commented on political developments within the Texas House. He wrote: “This is spot on. For far too long, the Texas House Democrats have been the heirs of a gross power-sharing arrangement. Marginalizing conservatives has been nothing less than a sport of this uniparty.

This changes now. Going forward, dems will now be the marginalized party in the https://t.co/JHg8ZZxYhp“.

Hopper succeeded Lynn Stucky as representative for District 64 after being elected in 2025.
