Andy Hopper, a Republican elected in 2025 to represent Texas’s 64th House district, recently shared several updates and acknowledgments on his official Twitter account.
On August 11, 2025, Hopper announced a resolution filed by his office to honor JD Clarkâs new leadership role. He wrote, “Last week, our office filed a member resolution in honor of @JDClarkTX becoming the President of the @NACoTweets. Congratulations, JD–we are all very proud of you!”
Later that day, Hopper highlighted an endorsement from Brandon Gill. In his post at 18:30 UTC, he stated, “Proud to have the endorsement of my friend and quintessential patriot and fighter, @realBrandonGill! Let’s go!”
In another message posted at 19:14 UTC on August 11, Hopper expressed appreciation for fellow representative Bumgarner. He said, “Thank you, @Bumgarner4HD63. Proud to serve with you to represent Denton County!”
Hopper assumed office in the Texas State House following his election in 2025 for District 64, succeeding Lynn Stucky as state representative.
