Census Bureau: More men than women in Newark in 2020

Of the 1,180 people living in Newark in 2020, 46.8 percent (552) were women and 53.2 percent (628) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Texas News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 90. In the 65 and over age range, there were 56 females and 45 males.
