On Thursday, March 20, former John H. Guyer High School standout Tyler McGhie’s current collegiate team the UC San Diego Tritons lost 68-65 against the Michigan Wolverines in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Ball Arena, this was the first game against the Michigan Wolverines during the championship.

Tyler McGhie’s hometown is Denton and game positions are forward and guard.
