Audition Information:
Please arrive at 6 p.m. and sign in with the stage manager.
Music auditions will be conducted by music director Rick Rainey. Prepare 2 songs, a ballad and an up-tempo selection NOT from the show. Please find two cuts that are 60 seconds long and are in the style of this show that demonstrate: vocal range, some acting ability, and good diction skills. Please have your backing tracks prepared, cut, and ready to use for this audition; Bluetooth audio provided. No a cappella auditions. And again, please do not choose songs from the show.
Directors James and Erin Brownlee are conducting acting auditions, which will consist of cold readings from the script. No headshot or resume is required, but we will accept them if you bring them.
Additionally, you will learn a short bit of choreography for a dance audition, so wear comfortable clothes that you can dance in.
