Northwest Independent School District: High Schools Open Registration For Upcoming Dance Team Tryouts

Northwest ISD’s award-winning drill teams from Byron Nelson, Eaton and Northwest have opened registration for their upcoming tryout dates. Mandatory tryout meetings and upcoming clinic dates have also been set. 

BYRON NELSON HIGH SCHOOL

The Dazzlers dance team's mandatory tryout meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 28, at 7 p.m. in the Byron Nelson High School Student Union. Interested Dazzlers must bring one parent or guardian to the meeting to be eligible for tryouts. To learn more about upcoming prep clinics or to register for tryouts, please visit the Dazzlers' website.

EATON HIGH SCHOOL

The Eaton High School dance team will close registration for auditions on March 26. Required audition clinics will take place March 28 through 30, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. in the Eaton dance gym. Interested Sapphires may register for auditions and find additional information by filling out the provided Google form.

NORTHWEST HIGH SCHOOL

Mandatory tryout meetings for interested Sidekicks will take place on Monday, April 10 and Tuesday, April 11. Students must attend one of the two scheduled meetings with their guardian to be eligible for tryouts. Once eligible, students are required to attend clinics running from Monday, April 10 through Thursday, April 13. Additional tryout information can be found on the Sidekicks website.
