There were 1,351 students enrolled in Leadership Prep School in the 2022-23 school year, 0.5% more than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 50.6% of them were boys, and 49.4% were girls.

The most represented ethnicity among Leadership Prep School students was Asian, accounting for 31.5% of the student population.

Leadership Prep School roughly covers schools within Denton County with its main office in Frisco.

Among the two schools in Leadership Prep School, Leadership Prep School Secondary recorded the highest enrollment of 851 students in the 2022-23 school year.

The Texas education system is currently torn between public schools and taxpayer-funded private schools.

Critics argue that private schools use funds that should go to the public school system, while private school advocates claim they’re offering better education for more Texas students.
