How many multiracial students were enrolled in Leadership Prep School District in 2022-23 school year?

There were 60 multiracial students enrolled in Leadership Prep School District in the 2022-23 school year, 7.1% more than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Data showed that Leadership Prep School District welcomed 1,351 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, multiracial students comprised 4.4% of the student body to be one of the least represented ethnicities in the district.

Leadership Prep School District roughly covers schools within Denton County and has a main office in Frisco.

Among the two schools in Leadership Prep School District, Leadership Prep School Secondary recorded the highest enrollment of multiracial students in the 2022-23 school year, with a total of 35 students.

The Texas education system is currently torn between public schools and taxpayer-funded private schools.

Critics argue that private schools use funds that should go to the public school system, while private school advocates claim they’re offering better education for more Texas students.
