Richardson’s winter watering schedule begins Tuesday, Nov. 1, allowing residents to water their yards at any time on their twice-per-week designated watering days to avoid freezing temperatures. If sprinklers run overnight during freezing weather, they can cause dangerous conditions on roads and sidewalks.
